Your meal plan will be available after you fill out a brief questionnaire to help me calculate your optimal calorie ratio for burning fat and building muscle during the next 30 days. You'll get access to a meal planning app with all your recommended meals.
If you have legit dietary restrictions, those can be factored into this plan!
THE BEST RESULTS WILL COME FROM FOLLOWING THE PLAN - I can not MAKE you give up any of your favorite foods.
Meal plans are focused on high fat (40%+) and protein to promote an anabolic metabolism to put you in the best position to burn fat quickly.
You will be able to print out your plan, edit your plan and create a grocery list to make your shopping easy for the next 30 days!
This is what a sample day might look like.
For this particular person, they eat 4x a day, so we scheduled those meals.
Your plan will be sent to you and based on your preferences, you can add/subtract foods to your liking.
It's recommended that you aim for at least 40-45% of your daily calories from fat and protein - this will help you build muscle and burn fat faster!
You'll also get a complete grocery shopping list, taking the headache out of planning and creating a list to make sure you've got all your food ready! 💪
