Got A Question? Here’s The Answer!

There are a lot of pieces to your fitness journey. Nutrition. Recovery. Your gym training routine. Sleep.

Improving all those areas will undoubtedly lead to better fitness results. However, supplements are often seen as "not necessary" or, if they are being used in a program, are being used ineffectively or even improperly.

Coach Katie Danger works with athletes to develop unique, customized and goal-oriented supplement programs designed to get you better and faster fitness results.

Just like you have a fitness program, or a nutrition/macro plan, utilizing supplements matched to your individuality will get you on the fast track to your goals!

Saying no to supplements is saying that you're ok with not reaching your ultimate potential.

Coach Katie Danger has a podcast episode on this topic, and you can find that here … however, to keep this short there are a few reasons why supplements will compliment your training goals.

First, food is not as nutrient dense and wholesome as it used to be. Agricultural processes have changed and the way we cook our food has changed. Unless you are growing, harvesting and eating from your own organic garden, even your fruits and vegetables aren’t as nutritious as they were 10, 20, 50 years ago.

Second, the literal environment in which we exist - the air pollution, water pollution and daily stresses take their tolls on our body’s ability to balance itself.

Even if sports supplementation isn’t for you, general wellness and immunity is promoted with daily vitamin and mineral supplements to offset harmful environmental contaminants and the daily stress of our busy lives.

A “goal-oriented” supplement program is one that helps an athlete amplify their fitness results in a way that specifically promotes results to their chosen goal.

There are many different supplements, vitamins, minerals and herbs and starting with a foundational goal will help accelerate the program for maximum effectiveness and faster results.

Currently, there are seven program options to choose from:

  1. Weight Loss
  2. Muscle Building/Hypertrophy
  3. Performance (Speed, Power & Endurance)
  4. Weightlifting
  5. Female Health
  6. Male Health
  7. General Wellness

This is a very valid question. First, Coach Katie ONLY works with companies with products that are made in the USA, follow FDA cGMP regulations, are free from banned substances and are third party tested.

From your own personal safety perspective, you’ll receive a personalized assessment before your supplement program is created.

This way, if you have any current medical conditions, concerns or medications you are working with/around, Coach Katie can make the proper recommendations to avoid complications and work with your medical doctor’s advice!

This is NOT a typical nutrition program, and there are no macros, calories or any food recommendations involved.

Most programs and clients work with about 10 supplements for their goals. These supplements are based off a variety of factors including: current nutrition, current goals and how fast the client wants results.

You will not have to change anything about your diet.

Coach Katie’s supplement programs are designed to WORK WITH your current program.

Once you purchase a package based on your goal, you’ll be sent the proper assessments so Coach Katie can gather all the information to ensure a supplement program is designed to work with everything: your workouts, your recovery, your food, your sleep, YOUR LIFE!

You should choose the program that most closely matches the #1 goal that you want. It is counterproductive to choose a weight loss program when you want to gain muscle. And vice versa.

To get the best results from your program, it should fit in with what you’re currently doing with your fitness program.

Want more muscle? Get the “Build Muscle” program. Want to lose weight and burn more calories? Get the “Weight Loss” program! You get the idea! 💪

No, you will only be charged once and every supplement program is for a full 30 days. Unless your goal significantly changes in 30 days, most supplement programs can be followed indefinitely. You will not be charged again, unless you decided to purchase another supplement program.

No, you will have to purchase the supplements listed - Just like your trainer doesn't pay your gym membership or your nutrition coach doesn't buy your groceries. The great news is though, is that with your program purchase you’ll get the best deals on all supplements recommended. Coach Katie works with various brands to find the highest quality supplements at prices not available to the public.

With each supplement program purchase you’ll get one 30 minute consultation with Coach Katie. This is usually scheduled about halfway through your program (15 days) so enough time can pass to determine what, if any, changes need to be made to your program.

Additional one-on-one coaching opportunities are available on the program page.

CBD is a legal substance, derived from the hemp plant. It does not contain THC. THC is the active psychoactive compound in the marijuana plant, associated with the “high”.

CBD, however, interacts naturally with CBD receptors in the brain to promote positive mood, clarity, reduce pain and improve sleep and nervous system disorders.

CBD coaching can be added on to any supplement coaching program for just $25.
