Spirulina is a “sea vegetable” and is a great source of oxygen boosting phytonutrients and help fight cell damage and promote recovery with antioxidants!
The next step is to put all the ingredients in a blender and turn on!
Personally, I prefer to use a Vitamix and blend on Power 4 for about :60 seconds.
(If you’ve always wanted a Vitamix, just get one. There is no comparison! I got mine on eBay and saved a ton!)
After mixing to your desired thickness/blendy-ness, transfer from blender to your favorite trendy Mason jar and enjoy! 😋
I enjoy this on both workout and rest days …
Especially on rest days when I need to get some high quality calories in, but don’t have a lot of time left in the day to do so.
